The Inter-Arts Office of the Australia Council for the Arts is
pleased to announce another funding round for its ArtLab initiative
with a closing date of 14 December for projects commencing in 2008.

ArtLab aims to foster experimentation and collaboration between
artists from multiple disciplines to explore new artistic practice.
It aims to establish an environment that encourages genre-crossing
collaborations and the creation of original, cross-media arts
projects with emphasis placed upon innovation, risk, artistic
integrity and the creation of new ideas.

AV Festival is an international festival of electronic arts, featuring visual art, music and moving image. A biennial event, the festival takes place in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Middlesbrough in the North East of England. The next AV Festival will be held 28 February - 8 March 2008.

RUN_WAY is a program designed to extend and enliven people’s experience

Cat has an installation during BEAP  - here is a link for you to find out more. Please contribute your voicemail to the loop! Its official opening is on Friday 6pm and you are all welcome. And for some live electronics - Sunday at the Bakery Candied Limbs (Cat and Lindsay VIckery) play with KTL.

RAW is an international Video Art series located in Brooklyn, NY, which was successfully launched on August 12th, 2007 at Monkeytown in Williamsburg. This ongoing series will feature work from the best international & domestic video artists in all genres, forms, and styles. RAW is the first Video Art event to incorporate fine dining. Each screening features guest chefs who specialize in raw, vegan cuisine. Submissions are sought from video artists working in any genre, there is no entry fee, but works must be under 20 minutes long. For more information visit the website. Deadline is ongoing.
